Sunday, February 2, 2020 GROUNDHOG DAY

A wonderfully warm day after a blustery windy night. Although everything was riffled up I don't believe anything flew away with the wind. I heard someone report on the different ground hogs 'in the know' about the upcoming weather and the reports were rather conflicting; one Groundhog figured it would be an early spring and another one thought it would be a later spring! By golly! One of them will have it right! I wanted to get a Groundhog's photo right here! No luck yet! Anybody got any ideas of how I can get GROUNDHOG PHOTO BELOW? A Family Remembrance

A Trick on Grandad by my Brother Granddad was a carpenter. He built a mobile home he, three other adults and two children took behind their car to Arizona, USA, about 1949-50. He was always interested in inventions. All his life my brother was always building inventions. In the early '50s one contraption was sitting by the counter in the kitchen when Granddad was spotted coming for a visit. Quickly brother told me, "Push these buttons and levers and tell Granddad what they do. I will do the rest." Then he jumped into the cupboard and closed the door. "Wha'?" I was about to say but no time. Granddad came in so I said, "Hi Granddad! Do you know how my brother's invention works?" "No!" said Granddad immediately interested, "How does it work?" "Well," I said dramatically and loudly for my brother to hear in the cupboard, "When I push on this lever the drawer opens!" And THE DRAWER STARTED...

PROGRESSIVE CONSERVATIVE PARTY IS NOT THE SASKATCHEWAN PARTY!

The Saskatchewan Party  is not the Progressive Conservative Party. If you don't agree please do so stating why you disagree. I heard Monday, February 3, 2020 that more people are coming to Saskatchewan. I believe they are immigrants. I still feel people will want to stay in their own countries. HOME is best! After a wonderful holiday we are all so happy to be back home! Think about it! Surely we could help them stay in their own homes?  This is another topic. Feel free to discuss whatever is on your mind.
