One Foot in the Furrow

Hey! I look outside and see tall banks of snow, icicles hanging off my house, and a temperature below zero . THAT WAS THE DAY AFTER SPRING HAD OFFICIALLY ARRIVED!   Holy Moly! Is there something between winter and spring? Someone reported on the radio a word between spring and winter as "sprinter!"     That's it: SPRINTER! A cross between spring and winter. PATRICK'S DAY in the Town of Manor  celebrated Saturday evening with Fundraising Dinner at 5:30 pm,  Auction with Auctioneer Dillan Mohrbutter, Silent Auction, 50/50 tickets,  and a Cabaret & Dance 9:00 with music by CHRIS HENDERSON - lively tunes for every age group!  Fundraiser for the Manor Firemen and Firetruck Craig and Michelle were a great part in organizing the event.      Thanks to You - Tube for ST. "Daylight Saving Time" (DST) affects even when it's not really supposed to affect us! People will be dealing with the scourge  of DST. As time goes by    it is becoming more LIGHT! Thanks You Tube for Video   Our neighbours to the West change and the neighbours to the East change BUT we do not change!     We don't change but when others change we do have to change to accommodate them. That's all there is to it. If you don't accommodate them you may be "cutting off your nose to spite your face"! For example, you go to an Eastern store at 8:00 am BUT the East has changed to DST  - you wan ted to be there at the opening. Gong! You are late.   Daylight Saving Time effects us even when we think "No"! MY MESSAGE: Always use your head - with everything - even with the scourge of DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME!
